In this video, I’m going to show you step by step how you can start affiliate marketing with no money. It’s the exact process that I use to actually gain this plaque that’s right behind me. So make sure that you take out a pencil paper and watch this video a few times because it will actually help you.

So what we’re gonna do today is I’m going to show you step by step how you can start affiliate marketing with no money down and actually start building an affiliate marketing business.

It’s not gonna require any money, it’s just gonna require some time. So if you’ve got free time, a few hours per day, You can be successful with this method. So without further ado, let’s go ahead and get right into it. Step number one is to identify a product or problem, because in general, affiliate marketing is simply connecting customers to products using your content.

Your content is going to be that vehicle that gets customers where they want to go. And so what I like to do and what I tell my students and clients is simply start off with a product that you’ve recently purchased. For example, if we look over here on Amazon, you look at, take a look at my screen. You can see here that, uh, these heated glove liners were purchased for me from Amazon, and so we’re just gonna use that as an example.

And as an idea now, what you’d wanna do is you wanna start thinking about the groups of people that are going to be interested in these heated gloves. It says right on the screen, people that are interested in snowboarding, uh, hiking, cycling, you know, people that just, I in general live in cold weather climate.

So that’s going to be a great place to start. So step number one is simply to just identify. A problem or a product, don’t spend a lot of time trying to come up with a perfect product or a problem. Anything can work. Everything’s competitive. You don’t wanna be in a, in a niche that has no competition because that means that very few people are actually buying.

So number one, go ahead and get a product or problem. So we’re going to use these heated glove liners. Step number two is you want to identify where you’re going to create content. Now in. Opinion, you should be creating content in one of three places, either on YouTube, on TikTok, or even within a Facebook group.

Um, we can lump in Instagram reels, Facebook reels. When I say TikTok, it really enco encompasses all short format video. Um, people will say, well, what about medium? You can do medium. I’m not a huge fan of medium. It’s just a personal preference. You can get much quicker traffic using YouTube. TikTok or short format videos, or even Facebook groups.

And so what you’re gonna do once you identify your traffic method, so how you’re going to get in front of targeted buyers, you’re simply gonna go over to those places. For example, over on YouTube, and I just typed in heated glove liners. Now if we take a look at the first result here, we’ve got 1,400 views, 1,870 subscribers.

So that’s a good view to subscriber ratio. But what I encourage you to. Is to actually type in the brand name of the product that you’re promoting. So for example, these are called Sun will heated glove liners. And when I did that, we jumped back over to YouTube. You can see that the top result, 6,400 views, 24 subscribers.

So do you think with 6,400 views you could start earning commissions? If you answered no, you’d be incorrect. Okay. This is how you get traffic. Believe it or not, you are going to create content to help people solve a problem, and one of the biggest problems is that they wanna make sure that they are buying the right product for them.

You can take a look over on TikTok as well, and you can see that people are looking up different. Heated glove liners. You can see there’s, um, hundreds of thousands of views if we added this up, of people doing it. So it can work in multiple places. And then if we look over on Facebook, again, I recommend Facebook groups because it’s a great way to get up and running.

You can see here that there are a few groups that are dedicated to glove liners, but I would actually niche up and niche out and talk more about hunting gear. Hiking gear, cold weather, hiking gear, um, maybe even gear for, you know, weather, uh, winter weather, so Wisconsin gear. Any of these methods can work.

We’re gonna focus on YouTube because you can actually see the, the competition. But look at this. If we look 320 views, 89 subscribers, um, and we’re gonna talk more about this in just a moment, but you can see that. The opportunity is there 3,200 views, 24 subscribers, uh, 151 views. And this person basically is just creating content about gloves and winter weather.

And you can see he’s getting lots of views cuz this person shows up multiple times. But so what you’re going to do is you are going to identify problems. And you’re going to create content now. Now let’s talk about the different types of problems that you are going to, you’re going to answer. So, all right, so now that I’ve opened up my online whiteboard, these are the types of videos and content that I want you to create.

Uh, what this is is an inverted. Funnel. This is how people go from no knowledge to buying something. And everybody follows this path. You’ve done it when you purchased anything, and you should use this as a, as a catalyst to help you create content. So at the very bottom here, we’ve got review. Uh, we’ve got review.

We’ve got unboxing, unboxing, and we’ve got first impressions and tutorials. Now, the cool thing about this is that. This is, whoops, this, when you create content down here, it’s at the bottom of the funnel, okay? So people are aware of the problem and they’re aware of the solution. So the problem is that their hands are getting cold and the solution is these.

These rechargeable sun will heated gloves, as you can see, 6,400 views, 24 subscribers. This work. So what you’d want to do, in my opinion, is create 2, 3, 4, 5 videos talking about the sun will heated gloves so that you show up multiple times. So that’s step number one. . What you can also do here, step number two.

So we’re moving up, there’s gonna be more people interested. Um, there’s going to be peop more people asking questions. So we could do something like, um, heated glove liner alternatives, and I’ll just put alts there. And so what you can do is you can once again create content here. To answer this question about the heated glove liners, and this works, I guarantee you this works all day every day.

That’s exactly what I did to generate 242,000 views on one of my videos, not in the make money online space. If we move up a little bit, we can do, um, we can do best X four Y, so, uh, best X four Y. And if we look at. If we look at YouTube and you can do the exact same thing, um, for on the other platforms. If we look at YouTube, you can see here best heated gloves 2023.

The only five you should consider this has 8,500 views and only 5,000 subscribers. So we could do something like Best heated gloves, four, and look at this. Best heat of gloves for work winter hunting. Freezer work, skiing, motorcycle. And what you’d wanna do is put together a list of five or 10 and you, I, I would encourage you actually to create all of these videos.

Go get a list of the five or 10 in your niche. Again, it doesn’t have to be heated gloves, but you can see, hopefully you can see how this is working and everything that you can do is you can come back over to our whiteboard and we can do something. We can do something like we can, we can do X versus Y.

Now, this may not work for every niche, but this is a very good buyer’s keyword word, and we can do something like X versus Y. And so in this instance, we would do, uh, we would do sun will, sun will heated glove liners versus now again, there might not be anything in this space. But a lot of people are asking these questions where they want to compare two or three products.

A great one would be like KitchenAid, KitchenAid stand mixer versus a different type of stand mixer. And let’s see if we can find one real quick. So this is, for an example, is a good comparison, and you’re gonna see lots of views. It’s gonna be a little bit more competitive, but people want to compare the.

And again, what you’re gonna do is you’re going to grab your product and you’re simply going to compare the pros and cons. Another, another great one, uh, a better, a better example is like Blue Host. Um, blue Host versus Go Daddy, this is a good one. And you’re gonna see lots of people are looking up this information and there’s opportunity to get views.

These are relatively small YouTube channels, 11,000 subscribers, 4,800 views. So you could create content here in X versus Y and start getting traffic and earning commissions. Okay. And I guess, uh uh, one of the big questions is how do I create content? And you’re simply going to try and figure out what people wanna.

X versus Y. They’re comparing the two different products, the strengths and weaknesses, and what I tell my customers and my students is do who, what, when, where, Y and how when it comes to creating content. and if you can answer these questions. So write down who, what, when, where, why, how, with regard to your keyword word.

You can answer those questions. You can be successful. All right. And then one other thing that we’re going to talk about here, I’m just gonna slide this over and we’re gonna say, uh, hook, uh, story. Offer, and this is how you’re actually going to create the content. For example, in this video, my hook was in this video, I’m gonna show you step by step how to start affiliate marketing with no money.

Okay? And. , if we go up a level here, so I’m just gonna click this again, and up here is actually who, uh, who, what, when, where, why, and how.

And so people are going to be asking questions in this space. They’re gonna be asking questions like they’re gonna be asking, what accessories do I need? , um, mo ride my motorcycle in the cold weather. So if we can go back over to YouTube to verify this, we can say what accessories are needed. For cold weather, hiking or camping, you can see, and one of the accessories can be heated glove liners, but you can see here 105,000 views.

There’s gonna be more competition here because this is a more general question. And just to go back over to my whiteboard. As we move up, there are more people, but it’s more general questions. And what, what happens, just to kind of give you a, a, a background, people are happy. They come up here, they’re happy, they’re satisfied, they’ve got no worries.

They run into an issue. Maybe they went camping one day and their fingers were really cold. And so they come into this and they start asking questions like, Products do I need in order to stay warm camping? What products do I need to ride my motorcycle in? 40 degree weather? Things like that. And so they come down and three things happen.

One, they either leave because the problem wasn’t that big of a deal. Two, they come down and they ask more detailed and better questions, or three, they come down and they make a purchase. This is the how you can do affiliate marketing with no money. You create content based on what people wanna know. You solve their problem, and then you can put your affiliate links.

This is what you should be doing step by step. Anybody can do this and anybody can get started for free. Now, as you start building a business and you get more traction, you’re going to want to introduce things like email marketing. You’re gonna want to introduce things like a landing page or a bridge page.

But if you’re just getting started with affiliate marketing, to me, it’s more important that you start creating content. And you start getting feedback from your audience, which is traffic and analytics, so that you can know what to make.
